FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 5, 2020 — The Amerisure Charitable Foundation (ACF) is pleased to support coronavirus (COVID-19) relief in the regions where Amerisure operates.

The majority of funds will be donated to the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), which will use the donation for grants to nonprofit and charitable organizations across the country that provide vital services to children at risk during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. The remaining funds will be donated to Michigan Community Services, Inc., a nonprofit that offers residential, respite, and senior services, as well as employment skills development and support center facilities. Amerisure’s donation will be used specifically for the Southeast Michigan COVID-19 relief fund.

“We are proud to support some of our most vulnerable populations, as they continue to be affected by the novel coronavirus,” said Angela McBride, Chief Administrative Officer at Amerisure. “As a Michigan-based company that services 鶹ԭ throughout the United States, it was important for us to allocate funds not only to our headquarters’ location, but to the communities we serve throughout the country. Additionally, by joining forces with the IICF, we’re thrilled to contribute to COVID-19 recovery
alongside other insurance carriers.”

The ACF was founded in 2005 as a Michigan nonprofit corporation, and partners with organizations where Amerisure employees, board members, 鶹ԭ and Partners For Success® agencies are actively involved. The foundation contributes to more than 20 charitable organizations nationwide, each year. To learn more about the ACF, click here.
