Cheryl Strait Joins Amerisure as Vice President of Strategic Project Management and Process Design

Strait is responsible for leading the delivery of business process management, enterprise project and portfolio management, and metric and measurement services. She will also drive Amerisure’s strategic initiative prioritization process which aligns, prioritizes and resources cross-functional initiatives.

“We are pleased to have Cheryl join the Amerisure team,” said McBride. “In addition to her strong technical skills and business acumen, Cheryl’s ability to take complex enterprise programs and break them down into manageable elements to ensure sustainable solutions will serve us well with our current and future business strategies.”

Strait comes to Amerisure with more than 20 years of experience in technology solutions, process improvements and operations optimization across a broad spectrum of industries. Most recently, she was a Vice President at UMT Consulting Group. In this position, she specialized in strategic project, portfolio management and governance consulting. Prior to that, she was President and CEO of Strait & Associates, LLC, as well as a Principal with Ernst & Young and Practice Director/ Executive Consultant at Robbins-Gioia.

Strait received a BS from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, and a MBA from Wayne State University, Detroit.
