Farmington Hills, Mich., January 13, 2026 鈥� Amerisure has named Doug Roggenbaum Vice President of Strategic Growth, a role that brings experience, partnership and strategy together to support thoughtful expansion across the insurance marketplace.
In this position, Roggenbaum will develop and execute sales and distribution strategies designed to grow Amerisure鈥檚 market presence while supporting profitable growth. His work will center on identifying market specialization opportunities, strengthening agency partnerships and aligning growth initiatives with Amerisure鈥檚 high standard of service.

Roggenbaum brings nearly four decades of experience with Amerisure, having joined the organization in 1987. He was named Regional Vice President in 2003 and most recently led operations across the Midwest and Florida. His transition into a national role builds on deep market knowledge and long-standing agency relationships, positioning him to help guide Amerisure鈥檚 next phase of growth.
